Hi,to make a 2 j and 7 months story short,i had an ACL en meniscus surgery in 2023,i had 3 surgery ‘s to remove a lot off scartissue,and it came back😌

Now i am waiting for a date to have surgery ,in Austria in Hochrum

But i have a question,i ead a lot about not using a shaver ,also about ‘ releasing’ the scartissue,my last surgery was a capsel releas’,all around the knee,is this the same ?
