I have severe patella baja and wil have patellar tendon lengthening surgery next month. I’ve been dealing with AF for a few years. Anybody have success getting their ROM back after this? Any tips? TIA

Some say that frozen shoulder will resolve itself with or without treatment in 12-18 months. Does that hold true for Arthrofibrosis in the knee? (definitely not true in my case) Is there any study that says leaving it alone (no PT or stretching or CPM) will improve it? I’m thinking it will only get worse.

Has anybody heard anything about the use of nicotine patches (I don’t smoke) to deter scarring?

Anyone try genicular nerve ablation? Trying it next week. Maybe with reduced pain I can increase ROM?

Anyone have any personal experience using either Metformin or Losarten following lysis surgery? If yes, did it seem to help and do you remember approximate dosages? Also, has anyone tried peri-operative acupuncture? TIA
