Thank you for all your hard work for this informative and impactful resource. I am a PT and am trying to learn as much as I can about appropriate management of arthrofibrosis. What is the current evidence behind use of cryotherapy in the presence of arthrofibrosis? I would be curious to know about both standard ice packs and vasopneumatic compression (such as a GameReady). Does it help with swelling/pain and therefore beneficial? Or is there evidence behind the vasoconstriction and possible ischemia that can occur that can worsen arthrofibrotic states?
