About

Had my 1st TKR in 2019 on my right knee. Instantly had a poor range of motion. Very intense PT followed. 8 more procedures followed within 18 months of the first. They removed the joint due to an infection then put in an antibiotic laced cement joint. 4 months later they installed a new joint. Between these major procedures I had several MUA's & debridements. Intense PT throughout this whole time, CPM machine, leg brace, etc. My ROM is approximately 15° to 85°. Constant swelling is my new companion. Because I cannot straighten my leg i now have lower back pain & have a Spinal Cord Stimulator to help with the pain. I have had several nerve ablation as well.
